Caring for your Clones
Return Policy
The clones you are receiving are fresh cuttings from our mother plants, that are roughly 10 days old. They are rooted into rock wool cubes, treated with a pH adjusted (5.5-5.8) watering and kept in a temperature-controlled Environment. Please water with distilled water upon arrival. If you use tap water, make sure to test the PH, as not to shock the plants during Sowing.
You must inspect your clones immediately upon delivery. You have 24 hours to address any issues or concerns with your plants and you must send your concerns in addition with pictures. No potential replacements will be eligible if you do not meet these requirements. Replacement insurance for shipped plants dead on arrival must be purchased for replacements.
